Mat 9:16  No man putteth a piece of new cloth unto an old garment, for that which is put in to fill it up taketh from the garment, and the rent is made worse. 

As Christian Business professionals sometimes we want to put titles to things that has not been through the process

Sometimes we are so eager to wear those new Jeans we forget that they must be wash first so they wont bleed

when working out we dont go to the advance we start at the basics and work our way up, There are some dumb bells I still haven't mature up to

So in our Christian walk we cant force people into the advance areas of our beliefs because we can discourage them making their walk  worse than when they first cross over

we need to patiently nurture people in Love.

Father God, as you helped us to get to that place where we feel that we are, help us patiently encourage others, in that same fassion. Lord forgive us, for the weight and burdens we add to those who are just getting use to knowing you. Lord Reminds us when, and Help us now! In Jesus Name Amen!
