As Christian business professionals if anything have not been truly produce from you...
maybe its time to take a wisdom temperature check, Like a freezer that is not cooling, first thing
to check is what is blocking the vent, is  your condenser coils full of dirt, and grime, is the seal on the door off, or being blocked from shutting..

so Spiritually 

if  you are not being compassionate then that's blocking the vent

if you can t keep a secret, the the seal on your mouth, needs to be reconsider

if that Heart that was suppose to keeps you & life warm , has grown cold

then  you may need to consider a spiritual deep cleansing
