SO they should be manor-urable

 Exodus 20:12

(12) "Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long upon the land which the LORD your God is giving you. 

As Christian business professionals we need to realize that Honor means to Show Respect, IF though we are older now, we still need to show respect, also with our kids they needs to know what it means to SHOW,  show is not always in front of, but also behind the scenes, outsides parent presence, we should teach our children that their conduct speaks highly on how we raised them, 

SO they should be manor-urable, chased, pleasant to self and others 

they dont just represent themselves

 but the whole family.
