3 Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves,
4 not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.
5 In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus:
6 Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage;
Ask Christian business professionals we have to be careful about not thinking through the process of home this is going to help hurt or provide for even in our responses we have to be considerate about will it be well received or is it hurt talking or is it God talking especially to one another
Are you living this righteous life for the right reasons if not it's time to get back on track
