STAND YOUR GROUND FOR THE LORD

 

Est 3:1  After these things King Ahasuerus promoted Haman the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, and advanced him, and set his seat above all the princes who were with him. 

Est 3:2  And all the king's servants in the king's gate bowed and worshiped Haman, for the king had so commanded concerning him. But Mordecai did not bow nor worship. 

Est 3:3  And the king's servants in the king's gate said to Mordecai, Why do you transgress the king's command? 

Est 3:4  And it happened when they spoke daily to him, and when he did not listen to them, they told Haman, to see if Mordecai's matters would stand. For he had told them that he was a Jew. 

Est 3:5  And when Haman saw that Mordecai did not bow nor worship him, then Haman was full of wrath. 

Est 3:6  And he scorned to lay hands only on Mordecai, for they had revealed to him the people of Mordecai. And Haman sought to destroy all the Jews throughout the whole kingdom of Ahasuerus, the people of Mordecai.

WHEN WE CRY TO GOD, EVEN THOUGH WE DONT HEAR HIM HE HEARS US

 Psa 3:1  A Psalm of David, when he fled from his son Absalom. O Lord, how my foes have increased! Many are the ones who rise up against me. 

Psa 3:2  Many are saying of my soul, There is no deliverance for him in God. Selah. 

Psa 3:3  But You, O Jehovah, are a shield for me; my glory, the One who lifts up my head. 

Psa 3:4  I cried to Jehovah with my voice, and He heard me out of His holy hill. Selah. 

Psa 3:5  I laid down and slept. I awoke, for Jehovah kept me. 

Psa 3:6  I am not afraid of ten thousands of people who have set against me all around. 

Psa 3:7  Arise, O Jehovah; save me, O my God; for You have struck all my enemies on the cheekbone. You have broken the teeth of the ungodly. 

Psa 3:8  Salvation belongs to Jehovah. Your blessing is on Your people. Selah.

 Amo 3:1  Hear this Word that Jehovah has spoken against you, sons of Israel, against the whole family which I brought up from the land of Egypt, saying, 

Amo 3:2  You only have I known of all the families of the earth; therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities. 

Amo 3:3  Can two walk together unless they are agreed? 

Amo 3:4  Will a lion roar in the forest when he has no prey for him? Will a young lion cry out of his den unless he has caught? 

Amo 3:5  Will a bird fall into a trap on the ground, and there is no bait for it? Will a trap spring up from the ground, and nothing at all be caught? 

Amo 3:6  If a ram's horn is blown in a city, will the people not also tremble? If there is a calamity in a city, has Jehovah not also done it? 

Amo 3:7  For the Lord Jehovah will do nothing unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets. 

Amo 3:8  The lion has roared; who will not fear? The Lord Jehovah has spoken; who will not prophesy? 

Amo 3:9  Make it heard at the palaces of Ashdod, and the palaces in the land of Egypt, and say: Gather yourselves on the mountains of Samaria, and behold the great uproars in its midst, and the oppressed in its midst. 

Amo 3:10  For they do not know to do right, says Jehovah, those who store up violence and robbery in their palaces. 

Amo 3:11  So the Lord Jehovah says this: An enemy! And he shall be all around the land; and he shall bring you down from your strength, and your palaces shall be plundered. 

Amo 3:12  So says Jehovah: As the shepherd takes two legs out of the mouth of the lion, or a piece of an ear; so shall the sons of Israel be taken out, those who dwell in Samaria in the corner of a bed, and in Damascus on a couch. 

Amo 3:13  Hear and testify in the house of Jacob, says the Lord Jehovah, the God of Hosts, 

Amo 3:14  for in the day that I shall visit the transgressions of Israel on him, I will also visit the altars of Bethel. And the horns of the altar shall be cut off and shall fall to the ground. 

Amo 3:15  And I will strike the winter house together with the summer house, and the houses of ivory shall perish. And the great houses shall be swept away, says Jehovah.

Ezr 3:3  And they set the altar on its bases, for fear was on them because of the people of those countries. And they offered burnt offerings on it to Jehovah, burnt offerings both morning and evening. 

Ezr 3:4  And they kept the feast of tabernacles, as it is written, and offered the daily burnt offerings by number, according to the custom, as the duty of every day required. 

Ezr 3:5  And afterward they offered the continual burnt offering, both of the new moons and of all the set feasts of Jehovah that were set apart, and of everyone who willingly offered a freewill offering to Jehovah. 

Ezr 3:6  From the first day of the seventh month they began to offer burnt offerings to Jehovah. But the foundation of the temple of Jehovah was not laid. 

 Ezr 3:11  And they sang, praising and giving thanks to Jehovah, because He is good, for His mercy endures forever toward Israel. And all the people shouted with a great shout when they praised Jehovah, because the foundation of the house of Jehovah was laid. 

Ezr 3:12  But many of the priests and Levites and chief of the fathers, ancient men who had seen the first house, when the foundation of this house was laid before their eyes, wept with a loud voice. And many shouted aloud for joy 

Ezr 3:13  so that the people could not tell the noise of the shout of joy from the noise of the weeping of the people. For the people shouted with a loud shout, and the noise was heard afar off.

Isa 3:8  For Jerusalem is ruined and Judah has fallen; because their tongue and their doings are against Jehovah, to provoke the eyes of His glory. 

Isa 3:9  The look of their faces witnesses against them; and they declare their sin like Sodom. They do not hide it! Woe to their soul! For they have rewarded evil to themselves. 

Isa 3:10  Say to the righteous that it is well; for they shall eat the fruit of their doings. 

Isa 3:11  Woe to the wicked! For the evil doing of his hand will be done to him. 

Isa 3:12  As for my people, children are their taskmasters, and women rule over them. Oh my people, your rulers cause you to go astray and destroy the way of your paths. 

Isa 3:13  Jehovah stands up to plead His case, and stands up to judge the people. 

Isa 3:14  Jehovah will enter into judgment with the elders of His people, and their kings; for you have eaten up the vineyard; the spoil of the poor is in your houses. 

Isa 3:15  What do you mean? You crush My people and grind the faces of the poor? says the Lord, Jehovah of Hosts. 

Isa 3:16  And Jehovah says, Because the daughters of Zion are proud, and have walked with stretched out necks and wanton eyes, walking and mincing as they go, and making a tinkling with their feet; 

Isa 3:17  therefore Jehovah will strike with a scab the crown of the head of the daughters of Zion, and Jehovah will make their secret parts naked.

Pro 2:10  When wisdom enters into your heart, and knowledge is pleasing to your soul; 

Pro 2:11  judgment shall keep you, understanding shall keep you, 

Pro 2:12  to deliver you from the way of the evil man, from the man who speaks wicked things; 

Pro 2:13  those who leave the paths of uprightness to walk in the ways of darkness, 

Pro 2:14  who rejoice to do evil and delight in the perversities of the wicked; 

Pro 2:15  whose ways are crooked, and are devious in their paths. 

Pro 2:16  They will deliver you from the strange woman, the stranger who flatters with her words, 

Pro 2:17  who forsakes the guide of her youth and forgets the covenant of her God.
